I certainly wish we had read the reviews on this company before leasing an apartment from them. The MOST unprofessional, disrespectful, and underhanded management I have ever encountered. Parents who are looking for a college rental for their students should be very wary. The manager, Mike, kept putting off our walk-through and never did show up. If you do rent from this jerk, BE SURE to do a walk-through before moving in. We made a list of things that were wrong - two broken windows and a broken lock on the front door. A repairman came out and just put tape on the two broken windows instead of replacing them and ripped the broken lock off the front door (leaving just a doorknob lock)!!!! Shoddy, to say the least! He blamed us for a neighbor's couch that got left outside and left the "yard" unmowed and scattered with dog feces for weeks on end. We gave him plenty of notice when we moved out, but, again, could not get a walk-through scheduled. We left text messages, voicemail, and sent emails, but got no response until I suggested that he wasn't concerned about his reputation. We had a friend that wanted to take over our lease a month before ours was up, but Mike would not respond to his texts and calls either, too lazy to accept other applicants before our lease was up. We could have saved that last month's rent, but ended up paying for an apartment that we had moved out of six weeks previously. He's just a lazy, rude man. And the apartment is crap.

This is the worst property management place I have ever rented from. This man, Mike, verbally abuses his tenants, will withhold your deposit from you and is all around unprofessional. I moved out almost two months ago now and Mike was EXTREMELY rude about the whole process. I put my notice in on-time and still he has been withholding my deposit. They want to make excuses as to why stuff doesn't get done but none of them are valid. He told me once to never contact him on a weekend when I needed a repair done to my rental, but when I brought this issue up with him he stated I was lying, even though I had the text messages still on my phone. It took over two months to get a simple repair done, I never had a fully functioning heater in my house and the carpets smelled like mildew TERRIBLY when I moved in. Slumlord was mentioned in a previous review and they hit it on the head with that. ALSO he changed the name to MIKKALUCCI Consulting so when you go to look up his business, none of these horrible reviews come up :) Be better Mike, and try to not call people names. It's very classless to tell a tenant to "fuck off."
