This used to be a 5 star complex. However, since the loss of our complex manager it has gone steadily down hill. The amount of feces that cover this complex is unacceptable. I am not able to walk down the paths without smelling the stench and almost stepping in the multiple piles, and the flies are sure to ruin any bbq. As far as maintenance I had a leak in my kitchen last October and I still have an unfinished kitchen. 10 months to replace a cabinet? I would no longer recommend this as decent place to live.

I have lived in Forest Park for over three years, and found the property manager Cheryl, and her wonderful family has truly kept me here. I have been in a month by month lease and found I cannot leave because of the wonderful atmosphere management has created. I would absolutely recommend living in this community.
