Very disappointed in this company. They DO NOT answer their phones!
The day we were suppose to get keys they were unprepared! We walked in and AC didn't work, oven broken, house dirty with spiders and cobwebs looking a like a Halloween house. Side gate broken, window cracked. We couldn't stay in the house due to extreme heat with no AC!

This house was NOT move in ready! They lack the customer service and understanding of the business. If I was an owner of a home and knew this is how my management company did business I would be very upset.

Over a week in house and still no oven on top of that during checklist we found that dishwasher not working, washer not working and dryer not working!

So much more little things but the main things should have been check prior to giving keys to a new tenant and we're NOT!

Let me name the reasons.
- 1.5 months to get garbage set up
- 8 months in; still have hole in tub; Holes are rusty and I cut foot on them but still haven't been fixed
- 1.5 months to fix AC; canceled repairs of AC; then threatened to charge me for AC repairs (only fixed because I threatened law suit)
- 1.5 months, and 3 work orders and heater is still broken (all winter). Was supposed to be repaired today but apparently IPM canceled it (despite my taking the day off work to be here)
- sink has been broken since move in
- had to get toilet and water heater replaced due to poor maintenance
- continue to get squirrels in attic despite many requests for repair opening in roof to prevent squirrel entering
- left security lock on front door for 4 months after move in
- EXTREMELY rude staff
- do not respond to email or phone call or phone messages
