Kim has unethical and illegal business practices. She will take advantage of young college students who are inexperienced with taking over a lease and who are eager to move into a unit in time for the start of school. She requested a full deposit of $1400 from applicants who would be taking over a lease with 6 months left from previous tenants. She was not painting, cleaning, or making any repairs to the unit as a new move in. She also requested a full month of rent even though the lease take over only had 9 days left in the month at time of move in. She stated the lease was a "True Lease" but would not prepare unit as a new move in. Please be careful of her business practices as she does not answer phone calls and does not discuss move in arrangements and details of cost until credit check applications have been submitted which may compromise your personal information.
