Found out our unit was paying for there garages power/utility bill while we don't have access to it. We brought it up to management/receptionist and they told us they were out of office for a week. Difficult to communicate property issues with. We're paying for there own separate utilities out of our own pocket, brought it up to them and there's been no urgency to solve.

My advice is to avoid co-signing with this management company or leasing on your own. My daughter was billed twice for two months in a row and incurred additional fees for stopping payment, followed by a late fee once the payment was processed. It's absurd. If you're hoping to discuss matters in person, forget it. Everything is managed through an online portal, and any payment issues are dismissed as they blame a third-party for the fees. The staff, lacking initiative, deflects all problems onto tenants and keeps co-signers in the dark, leaving students vulnerable to exploitation amidst their busy academic schedules. When I raised my concerns, they labeled it as an attack. Now, I'm awaiting the inspection to discover what other charges they'll concoct. It turns out, my negative view of this company is shared by many others.
