Just did a drop in at North Rim. Had a really good experience from signing up for the class to the workout itself. Everyone was super nice and the class flow was great! Good coaching and a good workout overall. Highly recommend!

Ryan and the coaching staff are top notch in the fitness world. Not only are they knowledgeable about CrossFit and movements of the body, they are so welcoming and make you feel comfortable upon walking thru the door. If you are thinking about trying something new, drop in to this gym! I can't wait to come back to visit.
