Started working out here 6 months ago and now a true part of my weekly routine. Small workout group with consistent training by motivating and attentive trainer(s). Ian, Vanessa and Vito have made my morning workout very fulfilling, fun, challenging and have helped me reach my goal. The goal to make working out fun and fulfilling.... I'm working out in a group of 3/4 people with individual workout plans for every workout. There is a great community feel here. Where the trainers listen and work towards your requests. Thanks again Ian and WBF for getting to this first goal.

I recently joined this gym, and I must say that my experience has been nothing short of fantastic! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and motivated to work out.
The staff here is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They took the time to assess my fitness goals and create a customized workout plan to help me achieve them. Their expertise has been invaluable in guiding me through my fitness journey.- helpfull 0
