Started in my garage in 2016 with a handful of men and women wanting to get stronger, faster, and overall improving their quality of life. By word of mouth the gym membership grew. In late 2016 we moved the gym to its current location and have 35 members

Best gym in Chico. People are friendly and welcoming to all. Have been a member sense 2018 and have no complaints at all. Strongly recommend coming and training at NSBB.

This gym has been the best thing that has happened to me in my 40's. I was weak, had chronic back injuries and had so many doubts about myself when I walked in. The people here are supportive, loving, and treat you like family. i was welcomed in from day one. I am now the strongest I've ever been, have no back issues and look forward to my time here four days a week. Check out the training programs available here.
