I went to the store early in the morning and was cheerfully greeted. Everything went downhill. i was trying to replace my phone which i had bought in this store 5 years ago. I have always been pleased with the service. Not today. It was clear my business was not wanted. The sales rep recommended 2 phones. At his suggestion, I went home to read about the 2 phones he recommended. I made my decision and returned. I learned my first choice was not in stock. i asked for my second choice and was sent to a repair shop to have my dead phone fixed. The phone was clearly beyond repair. Why would he recommend phones not in stock? I went to the Verizon store at 3PM and had my new phone within an hour.
