Jan 28, 2022Horrible place to live, they got my last review taken down. The management is degrading and belittling, and the maintenance man Skip is very invasive of personal space. The manager Sandy is extremely rude, and very unresponsive. Everything in the apartments is on the verge of breaking. Do yourself a favor and Skip out on this place

By far the best apartment complex in Chico. Sandy and Skip take such great care of this property and their residents, plus they allow large dogs! We moved away to another complex, and regretted it ever since. It can be a little bit higher rent than some other apartments, but it's completely worth every penny!
