I love living at Cameo. Issues are resolved in a timely manner and the onsite manager tries really hard to keep the complex clean!

If I could give these guys a lower rating I would. These guys are total slum lords and prey on young renters. They genuinely don't care about their tenants and their apartments are put together like crap. The carpets have no padding and aren't even tacked down. The washers and dryers are small and it costs a small fortune to run the air or the heat. The manager on site routinely smokes pot on his front porch and couldn't do his job to save his life.
