Ceres Plaza Apartments

There a resident here so rude. I came to delivery food for a resident at another apartment number. He harass and attack me saying I am not allowed to park there. He doesn't not own the property he just lives there.

This made me very upset because I'm working on duty to drop off food for another resident who live here. I didn't take long probably 3 minutes. I park and walk to find the place, I am also pregnant. I ask my husband to moved the car while this elder man keeps threatening us.

Whoever visit and wants to live here I would avoid the 55-64 section apartments . I will post his car on here and his apartment number but I am not mean and hot head as him. I will say what kind of car he drive it is a red VW golf to avoid this person at all cost

I called the Ceres plaza number and the associates there and they were not sincere or concern. This made me very angry, getting harassed by someone who thinks they have power because they are white. He was a true Ken.

I have lived here for almost two years now. I have never had any problems with management or my neighbors. This area and place is very quiet at night but it is in the flight path of the Chico Airport so we do get a lot of fly overs, but being a retired Navy pilot I actually like that most times. They have a great clubhouse & pool, as well as, computers for residence to use for free and an on site laundry that makes life a little easier. Management has switched over last year and runs much better than before. All in all, this is a nice place to live that is extremely affordable. The bus lines come right by here and its close to Dolce Plaza where there's good restaurants.
