Cedar Springs Apartments

I would not recommend these apartments until they hire a new on site manager .Sara t is as shady as it gets. She separates race here. She was completely aware of me living here with my bf. From day one she was aware. I had several interactions with her.never any issues. Our rent on time every month. An entire 12 months later,when my bf lease was up she all of a sudden wants me to fill out an application so I did,then she says I'm not accepted I've got 60 days to move out due to a past phone bill, she's bias and works closely w another employee Kim,so your complaints go no where. She won't fix the hot tub,the washing machines are a rip off and don't even fill w water let alone wash properly. I know of a few people who live here and aren't on a lease but that's cool for them,very unprofessional.listens to hearsay and gossip and acts upon it too Previous tenants have told me horror stories of what she's done to them this lady needs to go and get some training on how to deal with people.she'll put anyone out on the street. Maybe she needs to be on the street. Horrible person and in the wrong field .probably here for the free rent,by the looks of her
