Foothill Manor Townhomes

We lived at this property for 3 years and loved it there! It's close to mangrove and cohasset, or you can get right on the freeway to travel across town if you wish. Cheryl, the front office manager, is amazing and always willing to help! Pay your rent on time and be a good neighbor and you will have no problems at this property.

I have no idea what the other reviewer is talking about. I lived at Foothill Manor twice. (After I moved out I immediately wanted to move back in.) You will not find more for your money. The manager alone makes this place worth it. She is so nice, and so friendly with the kids, even though I know they are annoying. She responds to all of my emails within the same day. After the rain, we had ants, and the ::professional, well know :: pest control company was out within a couple of hours. They tracked down where the ants were coming from, which was hard because they scatter- they aren't the kind that go in a line. They gave me the option of using bait, which takes longer, or vacating for 3 hours to use the spray. They come out on a regular basis to spray outside so I have NO IDEA what this other reviewer is talking about! The apartments aren't the highest quality, but they are remodeling most of them. You get your own indoor laundry, pool, spa, playground, dw, garbage disposal, multiple bathrooms, big backyard, STORAGE SHED, so much for so little money, and it's in a decent neighborhood. They are through Sheraton, which sucks, but the manager here makes sure they get their job done. For what you pay, and just for the nice environment, this place is well worth the money.
