ISM Management

I don't know where to start. As a previous resident of ISM, I'll say it's not in your best interest to rent here. Someone was shot outside of my house a couple months ago and almost died, my roommates and I had to clean the blood off the walls of our building. When I was trying to find someone to take over my lease most of the applicants backed out after finding out it was managed by ISM, there was even one person who told me they are attempting to sue this company. That is just the beginning. Save your time and money and look elsewhere. You won't regret it.

They kick people out who have kids just to remodel and get more money!!!!!!! How about offer the family to stay and pay the rent after the remodel instead of putting them on the streets!!! Most people would rather stay instead of be stressed. I would stay and pay. Stop hurting families!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
