Kohl's

This is a very niche review but I just have to leave it. I had left a pair of Ray Ban sunglasses in a dressing room about ten years ago and my wallet in a cart a few days ago... Both times, angelic people had taken both my items to the customer service kiosk in the back of the store without hesitation. Nothing was stolen out of my wallet and my glasses were intact when I got them back. I just wanted to thank those people and I hope that good karma comes back to them ten fold. There are good people everywhere! A review on the store itself: the staff are always kind and helpful. They have sooo many options for clothes and home decor. This has been my go to store for clothes shopping for the last decade or so and I'm always complimented on my outfits! Highly recommend this Kohl's and the lovely people who run it and shop there!

I was ready to check out with about $80 worth of merchandise and walked up to check out. I was then told that Kohls is closing those check outs and we now have to check out at the other side. I looked and there were two workers and about 9 people in line. This has got to be the most lame brain move a department store could make. Check out in the far corner of the store with not enough workers. I didn't buy anything and walked out empty handed. Christmas is going to be a nightmare. Bye bye Kohls.
