I went into Torrid this evening to return two pairs of pants my husband bought me for Christmas that didn't fit and weren't a style I liked. I had the receipt, but the clerks wouldn't take them back because my husband had cut the price tags off. I've never heard of such a thing. At other stores, if a customer has the receipt, returns and exchanges are fine. Now I'm stuck with two pairs of pants that not only don't fit, but would look terrible on me if they did. I'll never go back. Torrid has lost much more money in future sales than they would have lost if they'd taken the pants back.
