If I could give zero stars I could. If you don't look a certain way people at the counter will not help you. ( I was the only customer in the store while there was 3 employees at the counter) Upon asking for help, to get something out of the case, I made sure to confirm the return policy before making my purchase ( it was a suggestion for wedding jewelry ) I was told anything unopened with receipt would be gladly accepted for full refund. I came back a day later with the receipt and unopened product and the refused to return what I purchased, mind you it is unworn , unopened and in it original packaging.
