Men's Warehouse

First off I hate shopping for or buying clothes.i needed a suit for an upcoming wedding and had bought one at MW several years ago. This place is always awesome . I made an appointment with Tracy. I picked out a suit I liked and he took it from there. He pulled out several shirts and ties that would all go together and measured me up for alterations. The alterations took less than a week.

Since the beginning of this year, my family and I have known that my cousin was getting married the first week of September. Naturally, my brother waited until the last minute to get fitted for a suit. Four days before the wedding and two days before we are to fly out to the East Coast, he, myself, and our mom dropped by the Men's Wearhouse in the Chico Mall to pick up his suit. It was then that we discovered that the suit jacket he had tried on before was just a sample, and that they did not have a jacket in stock that would fit him.

When the formal wear manager, Tracy Killian, informed us of this, my mom began to panic a little bit. Tracy was very patient, kind, and accommodating to her and my brother, and even arranged for us to pick up a suit jacket tailored to my brother's measurements at a Men's Wearhouse in Rhode Island on the day we arrive. Tracy's customer service and people skills are exceptional. We were lucky to have been helped by him, especially with such little time left to prepare for the wedding.
