Ryan is amazing and understanding! My mother is in the hospital and has been for a while. I called to pay her storage unit and he took off the late fees! Ryan again thank you so much!

Ryan is absolute trash. I spoke with Ryan at the beginning of July. I was transferring a storage unit from a friends name into my name. I proceeded to give Ryan my credit card number for July's payment and told him I only needed the unit for July and would be out before August 1st. He said payment was received and he'd finish the paperwork and send it over (never received paperwork). The next day I received a call from Ryan asking why he had an irritated email from the previous renter saying it was his card that he charged and not mine. He ask me to explain myself and make a new payment. I reviewed my bank activity online. Confirmed the payment had been taken from my card which has no association to the previous renter. At this point he realizes and sheepishly admits it was actually a clerical error on his part. With no apology given he says he will need to retake payment from me as he already did a charge back on my card. I again review my account see there is no credit received and I tell him I will not make a second payment until I see the first one returned.
Almost three weeks later I receive an email from Ryan stating I owed July's payment still plus two late fees AND the chargeback fee of 20$ because of the clerical error made in his office causing him to incorrectly charge back to my card in which the credit has still not been received. I called him and asked for an explanation of what was going on and how I was responsible for late fees and chargeback fees when I made my payment on time and never asked for or authorized as charge back. It was done in error on his part. At this part Ryan broke out screaming and cussing at me telling me to F$@ off and that mine and my daughters belongings where now his and never step foot on his property. After speaking with the police and informing them of the situation I told Ryan on 7/17/19 that I was paid through July and would be out at the end of July and to please respect my things. I was told by Ryan on 7/18/19 if I didn't have my stuff out he by 3 that day he was going to throw it all away! He then tells me because he never finished my paperwork I have no contract nor any rights. How's that for wonderful customer service.- helpfull 0
