I went to security self storage to inquire about a U-Haul rental the whole time he was doing something else he barely acknowledge my presents.Don't waste your time with these guys there's other places with better customer service.

Terrible experience, I rented a unit on Thursday the 30th of December. When I went to put my thing in the unit on Saturday I found the unit was dirty and had chemical residue all around the unit. See photos. I realized that the manager was not available on the weekend so I called Monday the 3rd to inform them of the dirty unit. I was told that they knew it was dirty, auto parts had been stored there, and would wash it out on Tuesday but I had to move my stuff out. I decided to not rent as I didn't want to have the chemicals on my things. When I move my things out on Tuesday the 4th of January, I called and let them know that I would like to cancel my rental due to the dirty unit I was told they would not refund me for the month, because they told me already no prorated rental fees. I would recommend not renting for this business.
