Horrible heartbreaking experience resulting in the loss at least $5000 worth of our belongings, after paying monthly for almost 6 years. Read the contract carefully.... in the small print they "have no responsibility or liability for any loss or damage to said property from any cause whatsoever" and it goes on to say including the active acts or negligence of their employees. Do not make the mistake of trusting the manager Bob!! The contract goes on to say that your property will not be secure from rodents, insects, or water.... and now after losing all of our belonging, we find out from others find that rodent, bedbug, and cockroach problems exist. So know that you should NOT store anything you care about at this facility!!! The nice look of the facility, just leads to the false impression that your belongings are safe.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! It looks good on the outside, but do not store anything you care about at this facility!!! My family lost at least $4000-$5000 of antiques, furniture, very expensive outdoor furniture, carpets, heirlooms, and even the doors to our 1920's cabin that were being stored while remodeling! We are heartbroken! Bob, the manager, was arrogant, condescending, and dishonest. He was unwilling to help me at all. Refused to let me see any video or help with our loss. When asked for the owner's name and contact information, he refused to provide it.
