The added benefit of 24/7 access to the Private gym is a great benefit for those of us that work crazy, unpredictable hours and need to get those workouts in! Your Personal Trainer is exactly what personal training in today's world should be. Complete one on one attention, with an experienced professional who tailors the workout your specific needs, not the standard cookie cutter approach. Other gyms are too crowded or are too intimidating for me, but this gym is perfect for me because there is no crowds to deal with or waiting for machines. I've already seen huge progress and look forward to seeing more progress very soon. Dawn is a very knowledgeable trainer and I couldn't be happier to have her supporting me.
