Rodeway Inn

Because of work I tend to travel quite a bit and stay in hotels. I have stayed in plenty of hotels and this one is by far my favorite. Yes it is small compared to most but the customer service is amazing. Very polite, friendly, and most importantly quiet which means I can get a full nights rest. I highly recommend it.

Stayed here a couple months ago and forgot to leave a review. Would recommend staying away from this place. Not very clean, but mainly the management really doesn't care about the guests. Had a noise issue with one of the neighbors between 2-4 a.m., a few people hanging outside of their room drinking n talking loudly. there's nobody available to address any complaints at that hour. The phone in the room doesn't work and doesn't connect to the office. When I tried to dressing my complaint the following day, the manager was indifferent and had no intention of doing anything about it. No refund or discount, no nothing. I tried addressing with their parent company and they don't do anything to manage this place. Would never stay at this hotel again.
