They said they refunded my $50 deposit. They did not. I talked to two different employees behind the desk, and also the supervisor, who all claimed the refund had been sent. I even showed my transaction history, after waiting the 48hr,then 72hr,then 5-7-10 business days, they kept pushing the day back. We'll it's been two weeks and I still havnt got it. There rooms by the way we're descusting, the housekeepers did the best they could, but the hotel itself needs a complete remodel for sure. Oh and if you reserve your room threw a third party website or app expect to wait outside in the 100° heat while the employee in the office is done with his "break" to check you in! Just completly unorganized, unprofessional, terrible customer service. I wouldn't recommend this motel to anyone. It's gone down hill in the past few years.

DO NOT STAY HERE! DESERVES ZERO STARS Disgusting, dirty- worn and dingy sheets with burn holes...gross rags that are provided as bath towels. stains around baseboards, in sink. used furniture - dirty stained bedding AND MATTRESS non smoking rooms reek of cigarette odor due to guests smoking outside your room at all hours. Loud and suspicious activity in parking lot and "business" conducted from rooms all night long. Managers do not care and turn a blind eye. They tried to blame the maids, but the quality of the linens and towels is pathetic. no maid can work magic when given sh!tty bedding and towels to work with. . this establishment should be ashamed. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
