Front desk, first impressions, she did not want to be there. Help with your bags, help yourself to a rolling cart. Room service, nope they are not having it. Going to the restarount at 4, nope not open. Stay somewhere else.

So really everything about the hotel was what I would say " perfect" until it got dark and I saw at least 3 different roaches in the room
And that was it for me !!! All the goodness was gone . I could barely sleep because I felt like. If there was 3 there was probably more . I felt like they were going to crawl on me in the bed !!! Not COOL at all ! Take care of pest management and I realize roaches are part of summer but if I can manage it in my home , then so should a hotel . Just saying!!'- helpfull 0
