I'm trying to get back into running and needed a good pair of shoes and decided to try out fleet feet. The associate, Aidan, measured my feet and brought out a bunch of shoes for me to try and helped me pick out the perfect pair (I'm picky). He was very attentive and friendly and put up with my yapping the whole time. 10/10 employee of the month would come back again just for his help.

I bought a pair of shoes at Fleet Feet in late March 2024. I tried them on in the store - they were a brand of shoe I've had before - Hoka - they felt fine, so I bought them. Aiden was my Sales Rep - he did an excellent and friendly job!
After wearing them for a few days, my heels were aching. I stopped wearing the Hokas - the pain was gone in a day.
No one made me buy them or pushed me into them - I did that all on my own. I decided to go back to the store a few days later to ask if there was anything that could be done about my heel problem.
Manager Ashley helped me greatly - she listened, she helped me select a different shoe (one with less "drop") and she exchanged the Hokas for a different brand that are working fantastic - no more heel pain.
The Customer Service was excellent and friendly, and I'm very happy.
Fleet Feet has made a customer for life out of me!
EDIT: For some reason YELP thinks I live in SoMa, San Francisco - I live in Chico!
