one of the employees "em" was super helpful in recommending shoe styles! When the shoe i was not interested in was out of stock she showed me a similar pair that i fell in love with! She also showed me Crep protect which is a water repellent for said shoes. Had a great experience.

Shannen and Sabrina were so helpful with my four kids...super sweet, funny. Excellent customer service and I even bought a pair of boots and had another pair shipped to my home. They went as far as to spray each pair of shoes with weather resistance spray and took care to show us socks that would look great with each pair of shoes. They are an awesome manager associate team and I give them a 10****. Thanks Ladies for the great service!
