If you want bad service, do NOT go here. I swear these birkenstalks are better quality than the ones I have ordered from the actual company! Workers were exceptionally knowledgeable about sizing and fit. Helped me find the perfect pair! and the Bakers dozen?? ARE YOU KIDDING?? I almost bough 11 more pairs right then and there.

This store offers a "tune up" for Birkenstock's if you buy a pair at their store. The tune up cleans the shoes sole & reseals the cork. I brought a pair in that I had bought from them (about 2 years before) and in 2 short hours they got them back to me looking brand new. They did such a good job that I called to ask the price on the "tune up" for a different pair I had bought online, and they told me I could bring the pair in and they'd do it for free. So nice!! Such great service and a reminder of how important it is to shop locally. Couldn't recommend this store & their products enough!
