Eaton Ranch Apartments

The Property is excellent. I loved the place. But the lack of Professionalism showed by Kristen was unacceptable. She told us about the apartment in Building 5, and will be available on March 1st. We had decided to rent that place. She told us as soon as it gets vacated she will call us so that we can do the paperwork. Few days later I emailed her but there was no response. Then I stopped by the office and she tells me that the apartment is no longer available. It was not only very disappointing but very unprofessional on her part. I had stopped my search as I had found the place I liked. Why would someone do such a horrible thing. I have to start my search again and it would cost me more for my storage. Kristen has really put me in a very uncomfortable situation. In future she should do her homework well so that it does not happen to anyone else.

My husband and I are going to move to Chico when I retire in June. We came here to view the apartments. Keoni was great at showing us around. Beautiful apartments. We hope one is available June 1st.
