The property is touted as a senior community and having a clubhouse available to residents, but it is only accessible to those tenants who do not work, as it is only open Tues-Fri 8:30 am - 4:30 pm, or less if manager is out of the office. Landscaping is laughable; exterior maintenance is minimal. Cheapest materials available are used for repairs/renovations. Rent keeps escalating, but amenities, materials used and customer service keep decreasing. Don't waste your money here.

I toured this property recently & fell in love with it. It is a clean, well kept property with beautiful grounds & a really nice management team. I was looking for a new home for my uncle who will be moving to the area soon. I sent him all the information & told him he would love this place!
