Sheridan Square Apts

The apartments are beautiful and seemed great upon moving in. However, they raise your rent by 50$ randomly with no real excuse other than the fact that they have the right to do so. Throughout my partner and I's stay here we would have to put in sometimes up to 7 times requests that we needed new lights or something fixed; they would always brush it off with a "Sorry! Not sure what happened." With moving out, they were very unclear with what exactly was not up to their cleaning standards. Although they pointed out certain things we would be charged for (carpet, blinds, cutting board) they failed to be truthful and blunt about what was not- and although we scrubbed the whole house clean were still charged $800 for move out. I wish we would have just known, but were totally in the dark about all the real hidden fees. Overall, it's a pricey place to stay in Chico with hidden fees and a staff that is friendly but not super attentive and communicative. I can only imagine if we were charged for a paint job, we would have been out $2000. If money isn't an issue for you, then the places are very nice and a beautiful property. If it is, watch out and keep looking.

Horrible management, harass people and raises rent every 6 months. Don't care if you have a child they will kick u out for no reason. The property looks nice and the maintenance is nice same with the residents but management is horrible.
