A 55 unit low income studio apartment complex, Campbell Commons is a pretty decent place to live. You have to be of a fairly low income to qualify for a unit, and the waiting list is, on average, 6-12 months, but if you want to live in a single occupancy complex that supplies furnishings (captain's twin XL bed, dresser, mini kitchen table with two chairs) along with a kitchenette (full kitchen available for serious cooking/baking on request) and monthly activity calendar (like monthly pot luck where the complex usually contributes the main entree), then this place is definitely worth looking into.
