We let the office know ahead of time that we would be moving stuff this weekend. The person working left 4 hours early and would not come back to get us our keys. The person who finally gave us a call back after an hour of calling was rude and unhelpful.

Very rude manager (max or matt) i was so pissed i don't remember he wanted to charge me double for second unit.same size just because it was his last one.the first one I got first month free he wouldn't do it on the second unit even being on auto pay.i am realy debating on moving out sense it a small unit I no it wouldn't matter much, but If I could get and help all my family and friends that have units there move it would put about a 1,000 a month dip out of the bucket corporate would have to address why?
