Parkview Apartments

Great location but the apartments have a terrible maintenance history (current and former ownership). Every time there is an issue it takes an extended amount of time to get it fixed. I've had issues with the dish washer, AC, ceiling leak, and plumbing. The people that fix the issues always comment that prior work was not done right.

They also raise the rent every year. And the mailboxes have been broken into multiple times since I've lived here. No security was ever added, they just file a report with the post office.

this is the worst place in Chico to move to !!!

the manger is racist against African American people she does not treat us fairly compared to the other nationalities that live there.

i'm moved in August 8, 2022 my apartment was filthy when I moved in the apartment had marks on the wall from the previous owner they did not clean the unit at all.

The previous owner had a large animal I found a dog leash in my unit one month after living in the unit.

The following month I found old photos of the old tenant in the apartment.

The owner is a liar at this complex they do not clean the unit before renting out I asked to see a copy of the receipt to show proof that they had the apartment cleaned and she could not show me proof of that.

I have photos from the day I moved in of damage of the apartment that was already done take my advice do not move here.

my shower does not drain while I am in the shower it feels up to my ankle I have made several request to get these things fixed and nothing has been done yet.
