Redwood Cove Apartments

My daughter lived here for 1 semester. She enjoyed it. Apartment has everything she needed.

Seriously, if you love your kids, don't let them rent here. This is by far the most unprofessional management I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with.

I won't go into exact details for the protection of my child. However, the front office is clueless about California rental laws and when you cite the exact law they are violating, suddenly they can't talk to you because they are too busy.

Several times (approximately 20) tenants were given no notice of management entering the property. I explained several times they must give 24 hour notice before entering. It continued many times scaring my child when the door was opened without so much as a knock.

Their "no pet" policy is a joke. When I visited, there were at least five dogs on different patios. "Stray" cats were all over the complex. Don't try and claim to be pet free and then pick and choose when you enforce the policy.

My child has just a few months left on their lease and then will be moving to a location where people not only are versed in the laws, but follow them.

I do not recall the rude woman I had the displeasure of speaking to on occasion, but if she is rude and hangs up on you instead of admitting she doesn't have a clue what she is doing; it's the same woman.
