Chico Gardens Apartment Complex has problems with cars and apartments getting broken into plus many other things do to poor lighting and know security. How do I know this I was picketing in front of there office because three of my collage children rent a apartment down the street that is managed by IMS and one had his car stolen and the other her car broken into within four months.
I sat in front of there office for almost three weeks as a concerned parent because they were scared to live there. At lease eight folks came up to me from this complex and said there are safety concerns and management does not care. They also said they are afraid to complain because it is low income housing and don't want to get kick out on the street. So sad that these folks have to live in fear.
My story ends here I moved my kids out because I didn't want to get a third call saying something else happened Dad.
This management company would get a zero if I was able to leave it.
