Creekside Manor

We had a great experience at Creekside. My daughter stayed there during her sophomore year and what a great experience for her first apartment! Todd was great to deal with prior to signing the lease, I had lots of questions as a parent and he always took the time to answer all of my questions. Both Todd and Sam were great with any communications and I felt like they really care about their tenants. The complex is gated (locked at night), they monitor parking so finding a spot was never an issue for my daughter, and the complex is clean and well kept. My daughter enjoyed her time at Creekside and felt safe. Highly recommend!

Our Chico State student lived at Creekside during the 2022/2023 school year. She was lucky enough to get one of the upgraded units with wood vinyl flooring - which really helped with keeping things clean. We really liked that the community was gated as well-- car was there and no break in issues. Also I couldn't believe how responsive the owner, Todd, was with us. He answered my many (many) questions via email and phone promptly -- even providing his cell to me for texting. Our child really liked living there -- and the pool, too. Our group took the move out checklist seriously and we got the full deposit returned as well.
