Garden Terrace Apartments

Everette Apartments is the worst property management company I have ever dealt with. The application process is terrible. They won't give you your apartment for almost a month after your move in date(never knew you had to ask to be moved in on time).They didn't give me a time i would be able to move into my place for 3 weeks. So I literally had to buy a storage unit and sleep at friends houses. Also, they are so strict about anything and everything there. If you are a college student, do not live in these apartments. They will try and take all your deposit and you won't have any fun living there. Overall terrible experience.

Garden Terrace's management company, Everett Apartments, is TERRIBLE! Before renting from Garden Terrace, please check out the reviews of Everett Apartments, Bidwell Oaks and some of their other properties. You will find that most of their properties have terrible reviews. This is an awful management company and I advise you NOT TO RENT FROM THEM. Everett Apartments lost some of my application paperwork three different times, gave me bad information. My lease started on the 1st and they didn't get the apartment to me until the 10th. They were not apologetic and wouldn't even give me an idea of when the apartment would be ready. I had to move my stuff into storage and stay with friends for a couple of weeks. I'm shocked that this is legal! It was incredibly disrespectful and inconsiderate. The management is shady and I wouldn't ever rent from them again.
