We were built and opened in 2017! New management took over the apartment community in October of 2018.

I would like to provide recognition to Vanessa Villegas even though she is a new property manager I am quite impressed with her prompt delivery in getting repairs done and the property has been cleaner. Her persona is refreshing and I appreciate the new energy in the building .

I've been a resident here for a little bit now and I can easily say Cedar Flats is a great apartment for students and young adults! Not only is the gym super nice but they have quiet study rooms and hangout areas that are great! The assigned parking makes it so much easier when you're in a rush. The front desk/management ladies are so sweet and accommodating. The only downside to this apartment is no elevator!
