Summer Village Apartments

don't recommend at all price is outrageous for what you get my A/C never worked , delt with roaches to rats to mold to black mold to the sinks and toilets always being backed up , the mold made me and my children sick , kitchen sink always would leak could never get none of my work orders done lived here 2 years and it was the worst experience ever because the a/c and heater not working correctly my pge was over 400 a month and they were suppose to take rent off never did

I suggest not living in these apartments!!! First off the prices are ridiculous considering what you are getting. The apartments are extremely ugly inside and out and when I moved in, they did not clean anything. My feet would turn black from the carpets they were so dirty. Not only do the apartment themselves suck but my worst complaint would be the management. The onsite manager is really nice but never has any answers. The owner of the apartments is one of the rudest people I have ever met. Twice my washer leaked and soaked half my apartment. She blamed me and my roommate for over filling the washer. (i had one sheet from my bed in the washer) She always blames you for anything that goes wrong and talks to you like a child. She will never apologize for anything and will just interrupt you and be extremely rude. You will not get your deposit back and they go back on their word. I would suggest living somewhere else!
