I have lived at this apartment complex for 2 years now and just got out. The manager does NOT do anything! If you have a maintenence problem or any sort of problem for that matter they just write it off. They don't fix the stuff when you put in an order, but instead wait for you to leave and then charge you for damaging it. There is always constant parties happening but the land lord does not enforce any rules and never follows thru. There is not enough parking for the permits they give out so you have to park on the street where there are tons of break ins. Just like most college apartments in Chico they like to take all you deposit. So, if that is a bug issue for you stay clear. While cleaning the apartment we found a lease from 2010. And when we did the walk thru the manager just told us that they don't make the cleaning crew clean under appliances but yet she is charging for that cost. Yes, it is close to campus but do yourself a favor and stay clear of this apartment complex.
