Just spoke with a Julie Q at The Four Seasons. She was beyond rude and gave me such unnecessary attitude. It amazes me how a person thinks it ok to talk to a potential tenant that way. Work on your customer service lady. Based on the other reviews this whole place needs an overhaul.

The landlord lady here is a complete scumbag. Anytime I had a question about my apartment she would scream at my roommates and I. It is like she hates her job. The moving out process was the worst she was not helpful always told us to refer to the move-out packet, which never came and was a complete struggle to get from her. I am the only roommate moving out of my apartment and she wants me to pay for the entire house to be carpet cleaned or she will take my deposit. This place sucks do not move here, the landlord never helps, the apartment is not taking care of with weeds and grass growing as tall as me. This lady charged me for a broken mirror (which was broken since I moved in, and I have picture proof), total scam to get your money. This apartment, this landlord is a complete mess and just wants to rob poor college kids for their money.
