Linden Arms Apartments

I would not recommend even my worse enemies to live at Villa del Sol. Since the property was bought out by new management, my roommates and I have experienced nothing but a severe lack of communication, a non-existent landlord and a violation of our tenant rights. A man we've never heard of, who claimed to be a manager let himself into our apartment, without notice or upon verbal/written agreement from us, stating it was within his rights as a manager. This occurred 10 days before our lease was up, although the mistaken man claimed it had already ended and we needed to leave even though my roommates and I had already paid full month's rent. Immediately following this intrusion, we received several emails asking if we could move out before our lease end date so as to prepare for the new tenants (obviously NOT our problem-- we paid to live here until the end of the month). The same man also showed our unit to potential renters after giving us a generous FIVE minute warning, not bothering to knock when walking into bedrooms or the bathroom. I'm so happy to be moving out of this unprofessionally-run apartment complex. I feel so sorry for the new tenants moving in who will be paying $150 more than what I pay now just to be fucked over by a disrespectful, incompetent "management." If Yelp gave me the choice, I would have easily neglected to give Villa del Sol even a one-star rating
