Great location, but the on site resident manager Norma Montelongo almost makes it not worth it. Every tenant I have talked to has had issues with her. Overbearing that borders on harassment; Norma walks by every apartment two-three times daily to check in windows, monitors every person coming in and out of your apartment. She makes calls constantly because she has your number, specifically not text or email so that it is not documented what she is saying. Norma's calls usually are about things she has noticed while surveilling your apartment that have not violated the lease agreement, but "potentially" could, so that you know she is watching you closely. In person she behaves very kind and won't say things to your face.
