God forbid you need to move out before your lease is up. They won't let you out of the lease AND they won't even let you find someone to take over the lease. You're stuck paying rent on a place even though you don't live there anymore.

Unbelievable service all around. I don't even want to be doing this because it is a waste of my time. Which hill properties is great at wasting your time by not completing maintenance request and you keep having to but in another request. My A/C unit was out for 4 months before finally getting it fixed(put 2 request in). Also, just had to put in another request for a mail box key because they cancelled my original request. Do not recommend living here whatsoever. To top it all off I have had 3 packages stolen.
