Great place. Great management company. Clean environment. Friendly place to live. Nice area. Far enough from college area, but close enough to ride a bike to downtown. I love living here.

I have lived in their green acres apt for 4 years now, never been late on rent and keep the apt in perfect shape and today I found out I am not offered to renew my lease. The only information I was given was they are doing a turn around, so I asked what exactly that meant, the lady I spoke to on the phone could not clearly answer my question. So I'm going to assume they want to jack up the rent? I assume this because the one bedrooms are $720 and our two bedroom is now $760. They are doing renewals now and didn't even mentioned to me I could not be renewing my lease until I contacted them. Overall very sneaky
