I've lived here for two years now and haven't even thought about relocating once. The apartments are awesome and very well kept up. Maintenance is really good as well. They don't beat around the bush and I've never waited more than a day for someone to fix something up. I've even had them show same day a few hours later. Location is perfect. Walking distance from Chevron, Walgreen's, and a Safeway shopping center. Really quiet as well!
If you can, it's very hard to beat this place. Especially for the price!

Great Management! Very good listening skills by all the office staff. And the maintenance staff has always been prompt. Really close to Safeway and CSU campus.
