Although I enjoyed my stay at the woodglenn apartments I would like to notify future renters of an issue I had at the end of my lease. At the end of our lease my roommates and I were notified that we would be charged nearly $400 towards cleaning services. They stated there were a total of 15 hours of cleaning needed for the apartment. My roommates and I left the apartment clean and we all agreed that 15 hours was a scam. We asked the landlord for proof that the apartment required 15 hours but he could not provide it. While we were able to settle on a lower fee with the landlord, I still want anyone thinking of moving here to watch out for the overpriced cleaning services.
