DON'T RENT HERE if you want to avoid a terrible experience and having your deposit STOLEN from you. As numerous other reviewers have mentioned, the management is uncaring, rarely present, and doesn't bother fixing things. Then when you move out, you are charged for things you didn't do. They make up random charges and also charge you for things like cleaning the carpet which are legally considered "normal wear and tear" and they are not allowed to charge you for. The apartment was left cleaner than it was found, but not only was the whole deposit taken, but $400 IN EXCESS OF THE DEPOSIT! It doesn't matter how clean you leave the place, they will find things to charge you for and RIP YOU OFF!
PARENTS BEWARE: DO NOT PAY FOR THESE APARTMENTS, as they are run by UNSCRUPULOUS, IMMORAL, CRIMINALS. They know that the only way to get your money back is to take them to court. They know that most of the residents are college students who come from other towns and won't bother suing. They know that using a collection agency will ruin the residents' credit, most of whom are young adults just starting out. They know but they don't care. They just want your money. THEY ARE GREEDY, DESPICABLE SCUMBAGS.

Never had problems living here however when it came time to move out our apartment was spotless and no damage caused by us. However during our move in the kitchen counter had a scratch pointed it out to our agent who said it was fine they knew. Fast forward to move out date and charged for a full counter replacement (coincidentally as they started remodeling many units). Office won't ever return calls or emails they won't even take voicemails. Only move here if you plan on not getting your deposit back.
